Our focus is building long-term, meaningful relationships with our clients and therefore our service does not stop once a candidate appears at your doorstep! We seek to be held accountable for the service we provide, we listen to your feedback and do our best to make it easy for clients to let us know what they think. We make an effort to not only encourage feedback, but to make sure that the feedback is actively heard, considered and acted upon in a timely manner.

Accordingly, we have a number of feedback mechanisms built into the recruitment cycle, and we systematically measure this information. An example of one of the ways we seek feedback is through our tailored online post-placement questionnaire.

Callum Mann and the team at HorizonOne have been providing specialist recruitment consultant services to the Department of Health and Ageing for a period just over 12 months.
