Sarah has two years professional recruitment experience in the Canberra market specialising in Administration and office support roles in both public and private sectors. Supporting this experience she has over 6 years experience in administrative focused roles, including experience with hiring and managing her own staff. Past roles include working as an Office Manager, Practice Manager (dental) and as the General Manager of a community gym. She has an integral understanding of administrative based work in a wide variety of organisations, but more importantly has the understanding that matching, values, behaviour and attitude are just as important as matching skills.

Patrik’s background is exceptionally broad for someone in his mid-30’s – we hypothesise it is because he doesn’t seem to sleep and is always doing something! He has worked within the following areas:

When not with his family including three young children, Patrik can be found doing any of the above, or sometimes all at the same time. When meeting Patrik for the first time many ask the question ‘American?’, so we like to pre-empt this question with ‘it’s ok, he’s Swedish!’
